IN THE GRAND COURT OF THE CAYMAN ISLANDS HOLDEN AT GEORGE TOWN PLAINT NO. 18 of 1973 BETWEEN Roger S. Johnson AND Marilyn J. Johnson AND Cayman Islands Estates Limited FIRST PLAINTIFF SECOND PLAINTIFF DEFENDANT IN CHAMBERS before His Lordship Mr. G. J. Horsfall, Judge. UPON the Notice of Motion of the First and Second Plaintiffs coming on for hearing this day AND UPON reading the Affidavit of the First Plaintiff filed herein AND UPON hearing Mr. A. B.
