In the last line of paragraph 20 on page 10 the word “are” should be deleted.

In lines 8 and 9 of paragraph 48 on page 32 delete the words “a significant” and replace them with the words “the principal source”.

In line 16 of paragraph 52 on page 37 after the word “business” insert the word “he”.
