1.A stay of the judgment of Creque J dated 28th October 2008 is hereby granted pending the resolution of the appeal in this matter.
2.An inhibition pursuant to s. 124 of the Registration of Land Act R.S.A.c. R30 of Anguilla inhibiting the registration of any dealing with the parcels of land set forth until such time as the appeal in this matter is resolved.
3.A copy of the inhibition under the seal of the court shall be sent to the Registrar in compliance with s. 124 (2) of the Registration of Land Act.
4.The court accepts the undertaking by the appellant to maintain the property in the state in which it is today.
5.Costs shall be costs in the appeal. Reason: The status quo will be maintained with little prejudice to either party.
