3.The Registrar shall serve the notice of appeal on the Director of Public Prosecutions within 7 days of the date of this order. Reason: The Court noted that the applicant failed to file the notice of appeal within the time prescribed in the order of the Court dated 18th December 2018 and therefore he filed the instant application by way of letter for a further extension of time. The Court was satisfied that an extension of time within which to file the notice of appeal ought to be granted and also noted that there was no objection to the application by the respondent.
