He informed that he intends to meet with the 7th respondent in hopes of having the matter similarly settled. In relation to the 5th respondent, counsel informed that, Leslie Richardson, passed away on 1st March 2019 and that there has been no indication of who is the respondent’s new representative. Counsel drew the court’s attention to the fact that the application for costs was filed subsequent to his death and noted that this was improper. The matter was adjourned to allow counsel to take the necessary steps in relation to the disposition of this matter.
