Reason: A psychiatric evaluation was still outstanding for Mr. Woodley. There was no psychiatrist in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and as a result no report was prepared. The office of the Registrar indicated that they had held meetings with the relevant personnel, including the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health to impress upon them the importance of obtaining the psychiatric reports. The matter was therefore adjourned in light of the absence of the report but directions were given for the Registrar to take the necessary steps to have the psychiatric report prepared.
