Reason: The order of the Court dated 14th December 2022 directing the Registrar of the High Court to provide an affidavit of service evidencing service of the notice of application for extension of time within which to appeal, the notice of appeal, recognizance to prosecute appeal and authorisation code on the respondent was not complied with.
