Reason: The Court considered that there had been numerous status hearing orders and chamber hearing orders requiring the applicant to furnish proof of his impecuniosity in support of his application to waive transcript fees. However, the applicant has continuously failed to produce the required evidence to date. In fact, since the applicant’s application to waive transcript fees dated 6th February 2024, the Court has not received any further written correspondence from the applicant. The Court was satisfied that an oral hearing is required to ascertain the applicant’s position concerning the transcript of proceedings and determine the best way forward thereafter.
