The Respondents shall inform the Appellant of the documents that they wish to have included in the record of appeal in accordance with rule 62.12 (2) of the Civil Procedure Rules 2000 on or before the 24th of April 2024. 2. The Court therefore granted the adjournment to the next status hearing in Anguilla scheduled for the 18th of November 2024.
