Reason: The Court noted that the appellant’s written submissions were filed by the appellant and served by 17 th August 2021. On the last occasion the Court ordered that the respondent file submissions. However, counsel for the respondent indicated that this order was not complied with as he was having difficulty contacting the respondent. Counsel for the respondent requested an extension of time to comply with the order. The Court agreed and gave directions to the respondent to file and serve written submissions.
