1.The application by way of letter for legal aid is granted.
2.The Registrar of the High Court shall make the appropriate arrangements for legal aid to be assigned to the applicant.
3.The Registrar of the High Court shall serve a copy of this order on the applicant and on the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions within 7 days of the date of this order and provide this Court with proof of service thereafter. Reason: The Court was satisfied that it appeared in the interests of justice that the applicant should have legal aid, and that he had no sufficient means to enable him to obtain that aid.
