1.An interim stay of the order of Mithani J dated 16th April 2025 lifting the seal on the proceedings in the court below is granted pending a hearing of the application for stay before the Full Court on a date to be fixed by the Chief Registrar. Reason: The Court considered the principles set out in C-Mobil Services Limited v Huawei Technologies Co. Limited BVIHCMAP2014/0017 regarding an application for a stay as well as the circumstances as set out in the referenced documents filed by the applicant. The Court was satisfied that an application should be fully ventilated in a hearing before the Full Court, and that an interim stay ought to be granted to maintain the status quo until the said hearing.
