Renney Grant is hereby appointed to represent the interests of the estates of Hans Paulig and Marlen Paulig in the instant appeal and is substituted as the respondents on behalf of both estates. 3. The substituted respondents ‘Renney Grant representative of the estate of Hans Paulig’ and ‘Renney Grant representative of the estate of Marlen Paulig’ are required to provide the court at the next case management conference with an undertaking with respect to satisfying any and all liability including as to costs in the event that the appeal is allowed.
4.The substituted respondents shall serve a copy of this order on the respondents/appellants within 7 days of the date of this order (i.e. on or before June 6th 2025). Reason: The Court was of the view that the affidavit evidence demonstrated that the proposed representative can fairly and competently conduct the proceedings on behalf of the estates of both deceased and had no interest adverse to that of either estate.
