[3]AND THE COURT DOTH ALSO AWARD the Claimant costs as prescribed under the Civil Procedure Rules 2000 Appendices Aand Cin the sum of $2,620.80.

[4]IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that

[1]Mr Ashford Bushay must pay the Claimant Felix Findlay damages in the sum of $14,560.00 together with post judgment interest at the rate of 5% per annum from today 1sl July 2009 until the date of final payment.

[2]Mr Ashford Bushay must pay the Claimant Felix Findlay prescribed costs in the sum of $2,620.80.
